Finishing: assemblies, pad printing, additional works

Over time, we have added to our specific expertise in injection molding a series of complementary processes with the main purpose of offering the Customer a "turnkey" service: by issuing a single order, a complete product is obtained, avoiding having to turn to different suppliers, deal with the transfer of goods and the management of any delays.

What finishing work do we offer?

We use 3 machines for four-color pad printing. We can reproduce very minute details, extremely thin lines and shades. We can also customize objects with the most varied shapes, both on flat and curved surfaces. Different types of assembly, ultrasonic welding, insertion of metal inserts, creation of silicone and PU gaskets or gluing can be agreed upon in terms of methods, times and costs to obtain maximum satisfaction from the Customer.
