Workshop

Thanks to our internal workshop that serves the production department, we enjoy total and absolute autonomy for any maintenance, repair or modification of the molds, reducing management times and costs to a minimum, as well as guaranteeing the customer the peace of mind of not having to worry about transferring the molds in the event of breakdowns or maintenance needs. Our internal workshop also takes care of preparing the molds before production:

• cleaning
• version changes
• checks

as well as ordinary maintenance carried out without burdening the customer with any cost (on more than 1000 molds managed in stock!!) It is our exclusive added value that allows us to have the flexibility and dynamism that are essential to be able to quickly resolve any inconveniences or problems, giving rapid responses to the customer but above all guaranteeing continuity in production. We can therefore intervene promptly on the molds even during production, reducing machine downtime and eliminating the inevitable waste of time in the case of managing and moving molds to external workshops.
